"Paid"
Your order has been received, your credit card has been authorized, and the order should be shipped within 24-48 hours. Credit cards will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
"TBD"
If your order status is "TBD", this means your order is on hold and is "to be determined." This is due to a backorder in stock or a possible credit card issue. For first time shoppers, if your credit card number does not match your billing address, your order may be put on hold. In all "TBD" cases, a representative will call you to confirm your order.
"Shipped"
Orders that are paid and have passed fraud screening are shipped and a UPS tracking number is added to that order. Tracking numbers may be accessed by logging in to your account and clicking on the order number. The tracking number is located on the right hand side of the invoice.
