Changes to Orders
Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer assistance representatives or e-mailing us at service@bodyandsoul.com

Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your Body & Soul products. If however, you are not completely satisfied, return your products, in the original packaging, along with receipt within 30 days of purchase to:

Refunds
Refunds will be given for the price on your receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately, products purchased through Body & Soul.com may not be returned/exchanged at retail locations that sell Body & Soul cosmetics. Exchanges should be forwarded to the above address and include receipt. Depending on the value of product returned, you should consider insuring your shipment. Body & Soul is not responsible for lost items returned to us in the mail.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order. We are required by law to apply an excise tax of 4% to Hawaiian orders.
